Just coming here to echo what so many others have said. I called to get a basic consultation regarding some documents I wanted to have reviewed. Frank called me directly after taking the time to read said documents and spoke to me in very plain terms that helped ease my concerns. No doubt there is one name I will go to in the future if I ever need legal help, and it's Frasier, Frasier, Hickman.

I contacted this law firm and spoke with Jim Frazier who sounds like he is barely holding on. I could not even get what fully happened out before he said he doesn’t have the time to listen to what I am even calling about. An attorney saying he doesn’t have the time to HEAR what fully happened!! I advised him if he doesn’t have the time to hear why I am needing a lawyer then he obviously is not the lawyer for me. I’m surprised he could even hear me to begin with as he called me and left a message saying something was wrong with my phone and I need to contact the phone company🤣🤣🤣 I swear you can’t make this stuff up!! I wish there was a ZERO stars option😔

The attorney I spoke to didn’t even take 2 minutes to hear me out, cut me off and said he couldn’t help about my fathers employment discrimination case… I thought this is was one of the areas they practiced. How disappointing and misleading.
