Very very unprofessional and careless lawyer. They tried to make jokes while I was trying to describe my serious matter. They also want money hourly even when they don't have confidence in your case.

I called to discuss an issue I was having with my bank holding funds from an insurance check. The bank had fraudulently deposited the money without proper endorsements. They wouldn’t release the funds to me or return them to my insurance company so that I could be reissued a new check. I was given very helpful advice on how to proceed to get the money. It was explained to me that I would end up spending more money hiring a lawyer to recover the funds than taking the steps I was given on how to proceed with the bank to get the money. We spent almost 15 minutes discussing it and I really appreciated the time and advice.

Had a great interaction with this law firm. Left a message and received a prompt next day call from Ron Frederick. He listened to the situation and asked relevant questions. After thoroughly reviewing my paperwork, he decided that there was probably no way to achieve additional recourse in my specific situation. however, I feel confident that I received an expert opinion and I would not hesitate to reach out in the future, should the need arise.

I can't thank Ron and Jacquelyn enough for all of their help and guidance through my case. I highly recommend them.

Doesn't return calls or emails.

If I could I'd give him negative 5 very very rude and demanding to the point where he will not let you get any word in at all and doesn't know how to return phone calls. I would highly recommend to avoid this guy

I found Ronald Frederick to be extremely helpful. Basically, I called asking for advice on how to proceed against a car dealership. He asked pertinent questions, and ultimately told me that it would make much more economic sense for me to file a small claims suit against them, instead of hiring him. He even told me some of the specific laws to mention in the suit. Anyway, after my call with him I felt confident enough in myself to move forward with his advice. I contacted the dealership to let them know of my plans, and they ended up agreeing to what I initially asked for from them. Thanks Ronald Frederick.

This firm agreed to take my case a month ago. I am gonna update review as we proceed with my case. That is why I scored in the middle for now but the way things are looking from my( the client ) perspective I can relate with the 1 star reviews thus far let's hope things turn around. For other 1 star reviewers dud any of you contact ohio bar assoc.? There are steps to take to even things out for them wasting precious time with statutes clock ticking. Just saying. However I'm hoping for things to be the way they sounded when we discussed my case I felt 'assured' but now they have ghosted me it seems. Still not a word from them the negative reviews ie unprofessional and bad communication are on point I'm going with a different firm and making formal complaint with Ohio Bar Association.

Fredrick himself is very unprofessional! Doesn't want to listen and let the person tell him what happen and wants to take over the call! Then he bullies you and tells you he doesn't think he can win the case against the big corporation and then demands a HUGE retainer and monthly charge after you tell him your on disability and are being treated unfairly and violated by the big corporation. Terribly unprofessional and disrespectful staff cause when I called his assistant while in the middle of talking to her and explaining what happen to her transfers the call without saying anything. This place is horrible and beware and find a better lawyer who cares about the people and not their wallets!

Lawyer Frederick was very rude, told me they only take cases from people who are patient because that are very slow and get a lot of calls. I don’t think he even looked at my case but instantly called me back and said they can’t presume my case. I feel discriminated against. Didnt give me any legal advice at all
