When I tried to explain my situation—specifically how two companies were involved along with a work injury—he repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to fully explain. I was referred to this law group by another attorney that was an acquaintance of my brother. This law group looked over my notes and files and agreed to represent me. I really had a difficult year, and I agreed to a mediation settlement offer in order to settle and move on with my life. Going through 1 to 2 years of document gathering and a trial would have been extremely difficult for me. After an all-day mediation conference, the mediator settled on an amount. I received the documents several days later that I had to read over and request changes to be fair to both parties. Once changes were made, both parties signed and within 45 days settlement funds were issued.
