Senior Case Manager John Williams did a wonderful job helping me out! I got the treatment I needed and even though it was a long process they made it so simple for me!! A wise man (John) once told me “if someone tells you they are too busy tell them, that is NOT ACCEPTABLE!” and John sure lived by that!

Yesterday/late afternoon/early evening time, on Monday, October 6th at 4:43 PM, I had the pleasure of speaking with one of Freedman Law's Partner Attorneys, Mrs. Raquel Birch regarding the unprofessionalism and super disrespectful behavior that I received from their firm's Case Analyst, Josh(Josue) Montelongo on Friday afternoon, on October 3rd, 2025 at 1:22 pm. Raquel was very apologetic and empathetic. However, I'm not at all confident that anything actually got done regarding my complaint on this matter, or if Josh(Josue) Montelongo was even reprimanded for his unruly and deplorable behavior towards me. Josh(Josue) Montelongo is an awful human being. He could literally give one of my kid's a kidney and I still wouldn't like him, not even a little bit. The Freedman should not have hired this guy. As he is very bad for their Prestigious Firm and business, which holds a strong tradition of excellence and stellar reputation throughout The Central Valley for many years. But I will say this.. however, that I do truly appreciate, Attorney/Mrs. Raquel Birch very much, as she is an absolute sweetheart, and a very kindhearted human being ♥️. I was grateful to her taking me down memory lane about an extraordinary mentor, a phenomenal human being, and a former boss of mine that her and I both have the pleasure of knowing. So that was really nice of her to that 🙂. She definitely cares about her practice and firm's reputation a whole lot. So hopefully.. god willing, her and her fellow partners get rid of Josh(Josue) Montelongo MUCH sooner than later. Because, believe, they would be doing themselves a HUGE favor 💯👍🏿.
