Honestly, I barely had to do anything, Mary Freedman was able to make this a stream line process with zero stress. Would I recommend going to Freedman Law Group? If you don’t want to do a lot of work but want the absolute best lawyer then yes.

Mark took care of me and handled my traffic case before it even got to the courts! Thanks to him there will be no points on my driving record! I would recommend him to anyone with a ticket!

Attorney Mark Freedman did excellent work on my case regarding a traffic violation. He communicated very well with me on the telephone, by e-mail, and by Text. He updated me on the status of my case precisely at the right times. He delivered the exact favorable results that I needed. There were no points added to my Michigan driving record, which will save me thousands of dollars in higher car insurance costs in the future. I was the one constantly reaching out for updates, sending photos, and asking about progress on my case. I did not receive proactive updates, and no one made it clear early on that my case might not meet their criteria. After several months, I was told my injuries “weren’t severe enough” to move forward — after only a few attempts were made to contact the dog owner. That was frustrating to hear so late in the process, especially after I relied on them to handle things and could have been looking for other legal help sooner. I understand not every case is a fit, but clearer communication and earlier transparency would have made a big difference. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t use this firm again. ***** I am extremely disappointed with how this firm handled my case. Communication was almost nonexistent. I was the one constantly reaching out, sending updates and photos for three months, and not once did anyone consistently check in with me or keep me informed.
