Had high hopes when I saw the building. Was let down by the consultation. Despite having clear evidence, she seemed uninterested in taking my case. Claiming it was most likely a negative venture in my case... I was told I would be getting extra information in an email, that I ended up having to ASK for. My experience here didn't feel very professional. All things considered, I feel like I got robbed of 250$ for the consultation. I thought I was going to a really nice lawyer. So it made sense at the time. If they felt like it wasn't a good chance, idk why they asked to have a consultation; waste of my time and money honestly.

I recently had the pleasure of consulting with Kelly Myers during a very difficult contractual dispute with my prior workplace. While we agreed that it was best for me to continue myself, at least for a time, she was deeply helpful and insightful. We spoke for over 40 minutes about specific issues and I never felt rushed or unheard. I will recommend Ms. Myers to anyone who asks me for future employment issues. I contacted Freking Myers & Reul LLC to review my case, simply to determine if it was something they would be willing or able to take on given that my previous lawyer was likely not able to continue representing me. To my surprise, after contact, they completely ghosted me without any explanation. I wasn’t asking for any commitment—just an exploration of the situation—but they weren’t even willing to do that, and they didn’t offer any reason why. This was one of the poorer experiences I’ve ever had with a law firm. I tried multiple times to follow up via phone and email, but all communication was dropped with no response. It's highly unprofessional to ignore a potential client like this, regardless of how often they reach out. I would not use this firm or recommend them to anyone, as they might likely treat someone else the same way. This type of service is unacceptable for a law firm, and people deserve better.

I couldn’t recommend Kelly Myers from Freking Myers & Ruel enough. From the beginning, Kelly was both confident and comforting in supporting my case every step of the way. She did a wonderful job explaining the processes/lawyer jargon and truly made me feel that she had my back and would fight her hardest for me. Kelly and her whole team were also very responsive and kind. For any lawyer needs- Kelly Myers should absolutely be your first pick! I’m so glad she was mine.

I've had generally mediocre experiences with (only a few) attorneys over a lifetime, but George Reul is the exception. I met him briefly, relating to an employment matter. He is methodical and primed. For once I did not detect a lawyer simply chasing the dollar. He is thoughtful, asks the right questions, and gives clear advice. If I need more help, I won't hesitate to go back. The staff and operation here, too, is top-notch, professional, and clearly able to deliver quality legal services. Good find!

I guess my case was too big to deal with. It seems like the attorney want a cut & dry case that will take no time to prepare for. A easy to win case. I took the little money I had for a consultation only to be denied help. Save your money unless you have an east to win case. Yes, I had a legit case. But, it was going up against a big company.

Waste of time. Save your money for someone who will listen to your issue instead of taking what little money you have and then ask for more.

If you are looking for a fast talking, hyperventilating, promise-you-the-world type of attorney , than Mark Napier is not your man. Mark is empathetic, thorough, clever, honest, realistic and very fair. He will include you in every aspect of your case and looks for your input. I highly recommend him.

I worked with Kelly Mulloy Myers and I would highly recommend her services. Mark was a nice person. But i feel he went along with the medical side of the case. He didn't contact non of my witnesses or nothing. Once we wasn't working with each other no more it seems like he blocked me from going to any other lawyer because every time i try they say what he's said without me even telling them what happened. All these lawyers are friends and work together. I had to go outside of downtown Cincinnati to find a lawyer that actually is talking to witnesses. Thank you
