When is signed up with the Fresh Start Law Center, I felt an immediate sense of comfort and security. Mr. Huffman walked through every single step from acquiring my rap sheet, gathering multiple letters of recommendation, drafting a personal letter, drafting a sobriety declaration, and gathering transcripts and anything that shows personal growth and potential. Over a period of twenty years, I picked up over 15 cased throughout Southern California and it seemed impossible to expunge all of my cases. Once I had gotten everything Mr. Huffman needed to proceed, within one month, I looked as one case after another was expunged. Every case but one was expunged. I immediately Mr. Huffman that I wanted to appeal the one denial. I went to court and with the help of a 14 page motion drafted by Mr. Huffman and his team, the Judge granted my petition.
