I wish I could say the experience was pleasant but it was unfortunately incredibly arduous (however it wasn't from the beginning). I had used Attorney Weber for a previous case and she had done an astounding job building it for me and getting it dismissed almost as fast as it was falsely brought up. With this experience in hand, I immediately carried her over to a divorce and the quality dropped immensely as time went on. I had to submit exhibits to their team multiple times, to which they had no centralized place to house them (which lead to multiple requests for the same exhibits). It became so tedious that I created a Google drive for their entire team to be able to access it. On multiple occasions (since I was out of state), they would mail me items that needed to be hand signed as a priority, but sent them to me via snail mail, often last minute and down to the wire. There was one scenario where they mailed it via usps with no tracking during Hurricane Milton (which I had warned I was in the path of), where it was promptly lost. I had to then print out everything, sign it, and expedite overnight everything *back* to them, costing me hundreds of dollars because the court required the documents the next day. The court days alone felt like they were prepped minutes before going to the judge, oftentimes right before walking into the court. Even when I was waiting for the judge to make a final verdict afterwards, I could not get their team to answer me without them taking at least a week to respond. I ended up calling the courts myself and finding the verdict on my own. I hate being the person to leave bad reviews, but when you pay 5 figures to have a lawyer represent you, you expect preparedness and responsiveness at the LEAST. I did not receive that.

Joseph Fricano is one of the best attorneys I got to work with , he was very respectful he was patient with me as well as a good listener , when dealing with a attorney your unfamiliar with you always start to think if that attorney is going to believe you, if that attorney is willing to go the extra mile with you or if that attorney just wants you to take the first deal on the table.
