I fell on uneven pavement I Washington, PA. A friend of our son works at Friday and Cox and recommended I talk to them since she felt I had a case. My contact there is Candace Malazio and she was wonderful. So easy to work with and always there to answer any questions I had. She worked diligently for my case and was able to get me payment for my pain and suffering. I would definitely recommend Friday and Cox and especially Candace.

My case was a total disaster. I was shuffled between atleast 5 different paralegals. I wasn’t kept informed of any process, I had to call multiple times each time I had a question. Then after almost a year of not hearing anything I received a letter in the mail that they were no longer representing me. This office is a joke.

Honestly felt like they put me on the back burner for years and ultimately my case ended because they decided it wasn't worth their time anymore, forcing it to end. Recommended by Edgar Snyder. Highly disappointed.

I fell at Red Lobster. The attorney that was representing me said he was let go due to downsizing. They had me pay my medical bills and now im out that 700.00. I just got the doctors bill and i need knee surgery. I guess there was no money from my case so they left me high and dry?

My experience of being in a vehicle accident and breaking my hip and dislocating my pelvis was certainly a traumatic experience. Spending 2 weeks in the hospital and almost 2 months in rehab was a life changing time of life for me. As time went on, the concerns about how all of this was going to be paid for became real, since it was clear that Medicare was not going to cover everything and I was not eligible for Medicaid. I was very pleased when someone I knew referred me to Friday and Cox and Nelson Gaugler was assigned to my case. Nelson was highly compassionate and totally professional in every respect. He promised to search for every possible opportunity for insurance to cover everything that Medicare did not cover. He left no stone unturned and even though the settlement did not come easy, Nelson was able to obtain a good settlement from the insurance company and was equally able to have Medicare significantly reduce its demand for repayment. When all was said and done, there was even some money left for me to cover a lot of other personal expenses I had. Nelson was clearly a "laborer worthy of his wages". He worked hard on my behalf and certainly earned his keep. I greatly appreciate all that he and the firm did on my behalf and i would recommend them without reservation to anyone who is in need of their services. Thank you again, Nelson.
