After speaking with an attorney, I was supposed to get a followup email to start service and never received it. I wish I hadn't been driving and was able to remember her name, as I wasn't able to write it down. I would have called back, but shortly another attorney I had reached out to called me back and actually followed through. She sounded very knowledgeable on the phone call, it would have been nice to work with her.

The case I had was embezzlement from eBay double billing me on shipping labels they could not help me but gave me directions to other avenues

Emailed and left a phone call 2 days ago and sadly never got a reply.
