I sent a message via the "Send Us a Message" function on their site on 06/03/2025 and never received a reply. I visited their office in person yesterday, 01/13/2026, and inquired about the initial consult fee and whether they offer a package price on wills/poa/living will, and the woman sitting at the desk after their entrance glass entry door didn't even attempt to answer my questions. She just gave me a card and said to call the number on the card. What's the point of having an office and front office staff when simple questions about costs for service cannot be answered? I tried to give them business based on a positive free consultation a year ago through my former employer's legal assistance program, but now I am looking for another attorney.

I met with David Hagan for a consultation and he was incredibly helpful, genuine, informative, and honest! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. He looks out for the best interest of the client.

The communication is lacking which made my experience disappointing

A number of years ago, Gretchyn Meinken helped me resolve my sister's estate--something that should have been a simple matter but for the interference of an out of state extended family member. To ensure everything was done right by the state of Virginia, I engaged Ms. Meinken who professionally dealt with the claims brought by the interfering party's counsel, who may have been less experienced in family and estate law than Gretchen, but with whom she worked patiently, but as efficiently as possible, to make sure all parties were confident in the lawful outcome. I will always be grateful to Gretchyn for the service she provided during a difficult time. And it is with no hesitation I can wholeheartedly recommend her!

I met with Ms. Meinken for estate documents. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

My wife and I realized we needed to update our wills/POAs/estate plan/etc after a career/life change (I retired from the military/fed govt and joined the private sector and my wife went back into elementary school teaching). Not only was Guy very organized and detailed, he was extremely patient and timely as he helped us navigate a process that can be overwhelming. I STRONGLY recommend Guy if/when the time is right for these type of legal services. We will definitely stay in touch with him over the foreseeable future as our 4 kids grow up and/or we have any other life changes.

Called to schedule a consultation Monday morning. No date was given and told I would receive a call back. A week later and no appointment has been scheduled. Nobody has returned my calls. Look elsewhere

Was referred here to Mr. Wade to be exact and what a waste of my 3 min of time. I'm disgusted behind the derogatory questions that were asked, to be summed up with can I afford counsel. Sir I called your firm didn't I?

Fast, HONEST, amazing blown away! Called them from a google search. Needed an employment contract reviewed. The call was scheduled for the following day. Obliviously attorney Xue Connelly had read the agreement thoroughly. Our call was fast, simple and completely confirmed our thoughts. We were done in under 30 minutes and they REFUNDED half of the initial cost. Who does that?????? These folks do! XO XUE!

One of the benefits of my job is a free hour with an attorney. After the passing of my wife in January and trying to figure out Virginia's estate laws, I gave up and was very lucky to get an appointment with Mr. Wade. His office was very easy to find, the office atmosphere was quiet but busy and the receptionist was very nice. I arrived a bit early and was actually seen before my scheduled time. Mr. Wade answered all of my questions along with explaining why the Virginia code worked the way it did. He gave me advice on what to look out for, as widows and widowers are often prime targets for fraud and such during this time. With the information I provided, his recommendation was not to go to probate (which matched the information from my own research too.) After an hour I knew what my next steps would be and felt as if a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I felt he was very honest and was straightforward about whether or not I needed to continue to see him. He could have easily racked up additional hours but didn't do anything of the sort. We finished up, he gave me his business card and let me know that if I had any questions to please contact him. Of course, this time it wouldn't be free, but I would definitely go back to Mr. Wade and strongly recommend that you check him out.

I have hired Mr. Wade as my attorney on several occasions. I rely on his sound legal advice and council for many years. The staff and supporting council offer the highest quality of service and integrity. I count my relationship with Mr. Wade as one of my greatest assets.
