Looking for and received advice.

Spoke with Mr Ranzenhofer on a couple occasions regarding a matter. The first call went ok and then I was instructed to call back to further discuss. The second call was odd as Mr Ranzenhofer did not remember the case we spoke of and I was again instructed to call back. I was told by a secretary he would return my third call which never happened. Three days later my wife received a voicemail from Mr Ranzenhofer stating they spoke a couple times (which they never did), he said they wouldn’t be able to take the case as they had too many. I was given quite the runaround with this firm, I understand I’m not the only person that needs assistance with a case, however not returning calls and not remembering discussions is not very professional. I’m not sure how the other attorneys operate, it would seem to me that Mr Ranzenhofer should write information down to remember and be a little more attentive.

Bob Friedman has been a wonderful for the legal assistance provided for the care of an elderly loved one. Bob returned calls quickly, assessed the information and provided guidance. He came through when we really need him to.
