Megan who is no longer there was God sent From my first encounter Megan treated me with care whenever I contacted her she always took my call or if she was busy she returned my later in the day or even after hours. She walked me through step by step made sure I received the best care in Physical Therapy all my Dr's appointments test I needed to get done. Dr. Murphy who was referred by their office was the best he made sure I had a ride to and from my physical therapy even went as far as scheduling my rides personally through Lyft his entire team always I mean always treated me with care. Once Megan had to leave Mike made sure my cases Yes I had two cases handled by this amazing team. Mike contacted me let me know that Brian and Christy would be taking over my cases even arranged a conference call where they broke everything down case by case Brian knew what I was dealing with and rather than charge his normal fees DID NOT take advantage and rather worked with me and made sure I got the best settlement. Mike through whole process stayed in contact with me and answered all my questions and took my calls whenever I called. I was a pedestrian hit by by car. Had extensive injury's. Real quick to sign me up. was assigned to Kristy McCabe partner. Then... nothing. I kept asking about the value of my settlement. Answer: depends on insured policy. OK, Can we find out? Months go by. Finally after 9 or 10 months I'm informed the insured only has min coverage. My case is only worth 15000 of which the firm will take a third. I'm expecting a check for 10000. Kristy then tells me she can recover another 20000 from my own underinsured motorist coverage. After complaining about the fees they agree to recover the remaining 20000 for 25%. I wait months more. 13 months have gone by and I Haven't seen a dime. My case is so far down the back burner I'm livid. Two days in a row i request a short return phone call. Doesn't happen. Finally I terminate Kristy and her firm. I sign the papers to terminate, and guess what... she zings me for another 500. Says its for costs. Costs? 5000 wasn't enough to send a couple e mails? So now I'm only getting 9656. She did absolutely nothing for me that I couldn't have done for myself with a couple phone calls. Charged me 5343$ and 13 months of my life. I then called my own insurance company to recover my 20000 underinsured portion on my own. Come to find out after 13 months the only thing done was a single e mail stating that i was being represented by council. They had no other info. After that it took me 2 days and a couple e mails for my 20000$ settlement papers Fritz and Bianculli had me waiting 13 months for. I went to pick up my 9656$ check in person and they had the paralegal meet me in the lobby. Couldn't even face me or thank me for my business. The paralegal is Mike Gilletto. He is very good however. What little work was done was probably done by him. To be fair, I have no other lawyers to compare to, but this one struck me as your stereotypical blood sucking leech of a lawyer. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
