The only thing you should expect from this firm is a big bill and a loss. Completely incompetent, the facts were all in our favor but the 'lawyer' from this firm Preston Bennett didn't even object when the other side was committing open, easily provable perjury.

This law firm is incompetent. They allowed themselves to be illegally forced out of mediation by a pro se opposition, the first of many idiotic decisions. Then during court didn't object to obvious and blatantly purgery. Didn't object to the judge not allowing us to talk. Then after the judge ruled based on the obvious purgery (that Preston allowed to stand unopposed). Preston Bennott stated that this should not have happened and that we would pay a flat fee for an appeal as it was such an obvious wrong ruling. We then got a bill twice as high as we agreed on and a we tried to discuss the bill he filed his brief to the appeals court, and refused to talk to us again stating through his secretary that he never said it would be a flat fee. We sent emails and asked questions about the brief and the bill. The only response we got was the firm withdrawing from the law suit. As for the brief, it was incoherent rambeling,so much so that the appeals court sided with a judge that allowed purgery and a lying pro se Karen that had no evidence of her claims that just used emotions to plead her case.

I only gave one star because you have to give something to give a review, truthfully they deserve negative 5 stars!!! They do not or did not communicate my case with me...I had to reach out to them constantly to know what was going on. And then they charge you to communicate your case with you. Every email to advise me of the case every phone call to advise me of the case I was charged. Makes no sense, how do you get your information? You pay a retainer and then you pay for every word after...most ridiculous process I've ever delt with...forget winning your case. They didn't even tell me I had a court date...so guess what...I lost because I didn't go to court!!! And they didnt go to court either!!! What kind of lawyer does this? A CROOKED ONE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING!! As you can see in other reviews they dint help...they just take from you. Terrible people.

If you want to waste your time & money, With fry & elder is the way to go. I had the Worst unprofessional experience after thousands of dollars. Multiple attorneys, on the phone conversations and they even charge you with that. Nothing was done. Please if you want real help go somewhere else.
