Incredible experience using the Fry Group for my real estate transaction! I had a difficult sale, and their team went above and beyond for me. They even called the village multiple times on my behalf related to a permit issue from the previous owners. Do not hesitate to hire them!

My husband and I hired Vanessa because she was referred to us by our realtor so naturally we trusted referral. Vanessa was extremely unprofessional at our closing. She behaved as if she were at a local bar by the way she was speaking/engaging my husband and I along with the receptionist while in waiting area at the title company. She was extremely loud and inappropriate. Her behavior was very offensive and disrespectful to us as clients. I was appalled. At the closing table Vanessa also ignored the questions I was asking her while reviewing closing documents. I had to keep repeating my questions to receive an answer from her. After the closing we sent her a follow up email regarding our title which she completely ignored. As a 1st time home buyer I was very disappointed with this experience and still cannot believe how rude this closing attorney was to us.

My questions and concerns were only met with vague and misleading answers and insults. Save yourself many headaches, do not use this attorney. Also, please note that I wrote my honest opinion here and she threatened to sue me to take it down.
