My case took several years, delayed by the pandemic, in this office, despite my case from start to finish. I had several attorneys in this office, due to various circumstances. The first attorney, who handled my case, went independent, left, and opened his own office elsewhere. Then I had another attorney, one of the partners at Fuerza Immigration Lawyers. That attorney retired. Then I had another attorney who also left that office. Finally, I had attorney Erika Goncalves, thanks to whom I finally received my residency, after several years. She is a very professional attorney; I recommend her.

I remember that when I told you that it was possible to leave the country and your response was not favorable to me, I had to speak to immigration directly to find out more about the issue, which is possible. Vultures preying on the vulnerable. They want me to pay $300 for the privilege of asking them how much they charge. Ridiculous

I will explain how they helped my family and I apply for the U visa. Previously with other lawyers thy had denied our U Visa. An acquaintance of my children told us about the fuerza immigration Lawyers offices and we took the case to them. They read it and told us that they could help us and that the case had been badly raised previously. Now thanks to them we have a work permit we are waiting to apply for the residence we highly recommend them and thank them very much for their service.

I explained my situation with my husband and all we needed was help with a form in order for my husband to get his green card. They denied to help. Bummer. All you guys look for is for the complete case and since we are at the end i guess its not worth the try (money wise) we all Pay for any type of service but i see how this office is. Definitely not recommended. I have future cases and due to the lack of assistance from you guys i will look into it with a different place. You guys are supposed to help no matter if its the beginning or end of a case but hey they will not get full payment and thats why i got denied to even get an appointment to explain our case. Thanks for being so transparent.
