Sounds great upfront but quickly becomes unavailable, misses and forgets about appts, shows up to court via zoom unannounced or consulted with so he can intern for his schooling at the same time, backtracks on his own information to the point of not really knowing the law and seems to get it from other lawyers, forgets and mixes up information throughout the case, does not acknowledge the above mentioned shortcomings, and will take your money and give you blanket answers with no real truth until your case is over. Get a second opinion! There are better and cheaper lawyers for the price you get taken for by Carl.

Could do much better on returning customer calls. He does have a excellent assistant, amy, who goes above and beyond to help you. Could do a little better at negotiating during custody cases for the clients behalf. Clean environment and overall knowledgeable.

Helps alienate children from good parents, refuses to get back to other side in a timely manner and lets client be uncooperative! Not to mention we have been trying to get in front of the Judge since summer of 2020! He continuously putting off court dates because Funderburk enjoys helping corrupt clients and helping alienate parents!
