We went there to see about getting my dad's bank account released in 2021 to my mom without a will. This lawyer told us it would be over $900.00 to get less than $2000.00 out of the account. We were told to contact the probate judge because this was not right. The Probate Judge let us know this is incorrect and a only a $13.00 small estate letter was needed and this attornoy should have known that. So over $900.00 only cost $13.00. Thanks for charging us a $100.00 consult fee for nothing after telling my mom this was just pocket change and to wait 7 years if we dont want to pay the $900.00 to get the money. PLEASE CONSULT A PROBATE JUDGE BEFORE CONSULTING WITH A LAWYER!!

If you ever want a very sincere and hard working lawyer who looks out for you who is dedicated to his job josh is the man you need to see I was very very blessed to be able to be worked in same day for a consultation he gave me the best advice and really cares about his clients the whole entire staff from the moment you walk in is such a professional environment Gwen and Jackie are amazing with relying any information and are prompt to handling your questions or passing along any information I really truly appreciate this law firm for everything they have done for my family and highly recommend them .

1st off I never leave bad reviews! Called to hire bc I don't know what I'm doing. Told them that I think my father used them never told them my name or my deceased father's name right off the bat I can't help you was extremely rude disrespectful and hung up in my face most unprofessional I've ever seen! Sad thing is one of there friends recommended you guys no name will be said.

Well, first and foremost, Erin has gotta be one of the worst most unprofessional attorneys that I’ve ever had contact with. I waited almost 8 months for something that could’ve taken less than a week. The communication was terrible. The agreements upfront were not met. 10 out of 10 do not recommend I would Leave less than one star if that were possible this place is an absolute joke And a Ponzi scheme.

Thus far great service. They took my retainer fee and answered questions and made suggestions. I'm presently waiting for a follow-up so I can possibly file a case in probate Court.

Eric was appointed to my husband case 3 weeks ago. I have been trying to call to speck with someone, I’ve left a dozen voicemails, sent emails but no one will return my phone calls or emails. It’s ridiculous and very unprofessional.

Horrible Place of business!!!!! Do not go here ! They have been charged for multiple things in the past. Not to mention they are constantly Commiting Fraudelunt charged on Customer cards ! A open Investigation has been launched ! Take your business to actual lawyers not a bunch of crooks

I have to say I had the very best experience with the whole staff, but especially Josh Fleitas and Jackie! They helped calm my nerves, answered all my questions with nothing but honesty, and was available to me anytime I needed them. I was honestly surprised at how the price I was charged for the services obtained were WAY lower than any other person I know who hired other attorneys for the same thing.

This office is a scam. Josh Fletas is the worst attorney we ever could have hired. He told us he could help us with a case and after we filed he is CONSTANTLY late to every meeting including a mediation. Neither him nor his receptionist ever return our calls or answer the phone or get back to us after saying they will. We paid the same amount as other clients and he has treated us as if everyone else is more important. During a mediation after saying he could help us, Fletas sat back saying there’s nothing he could do and proceeded to let us get railroaded making our situation 10 times worse doing NOTHING to help fight for us. Either he knew that would happen and told us to file so he could keep our money, or he is unbelievably incompetent. We are completely unsatisfied and we wish we had never hired him. Don’t do it.

Mr. Fleitas helped me through the most difficult time of my life, my divorce. He stood up for me when no one else would. Now I am divorced with primary custody of my child. Thank you for fighting with me.

Mr. Fleitas failed to return my calls and answer questions that he should know as an attorney practicing in the state of Alabama. I do not recommend.
