Was involved in a rear end collision accident. I tried Daniel Stark Law Firm first, but they couldn't get anything done, couldn't ever talk to the attorney, they handed me my case back and I got ahold of Attorney Benavides. He took my case on quickly, explained everything in detail, he personally called and kept me updated every step of the way throughout my whole case, he stayed on top of things and won my case for me. I should have called Funk & Associates first but that was my mistake, please don't make the same mistake I made and call someone else first. Attorney Benavides is great, actually talks to you himself, is down to earth and an all around great guy that actually cares. I'm not complaining. They had me up and walking safely. I was expecting more than what I received. They did an amazing job during the height of covid and I was actually able to do all our transactions virtually I did receive P.T. I received x-rays and CAT scan. I consulted with a neurologist also. Of course Funk and associates treated me like family and a friend Before you sign the dotted line ask what your entitled to. Great staff. Never saw a person. Text email and phone conversations. Funk & Associates is a great place to work with and have as representatives!
