Terrible service. Had an appointment and they told me they never emailed me paperwork. Called numerous times and could not get connected to anyone.

This place is awful and unorganized. Been trying for two weeks to get an appointment with the lawyer at Denise furubotten firm. They keep canceling my appointments due to a questionnaire they said they've sent but I never received. When I asked to resend they won't resend it they just tell me to look through my spam folder. Thanks to this law firm I've now wasted 2 weeks of my time and I'm still not represented. I will be filing a complaint since I am a member with the CLC.
