I had a one hour consultation with Mr. Futeral regarding employment law, and the language used in employment contracts for the practice I own. I have say, it was probably the most useful consultations / interactions I had ever had with a legal professional. He has litigated both sides of that arena, from both the employee and employer side. He listened well, understood complex questions, and conveying information well. In terms of knowledge base, I was somewhat shocked by how deep it was (the original employment lawyer I had move to another state, she was great, but she was more focused on contract drafting and EEOC arbitration).
