My father invested in this place with the intention of applying for an E2 visa. He paid $10,000 to receive legal advice and support from the attorneys. We've been waiting for progress since August, but to this day, we haven't received a case number or any concrete steps have been taken. Furthermore, they've transferred responsibilities that should be handled by the attorneys to my father, and now they're even demanding the second part of the payment, even though there's been no progress or results from the work that was supposedly contracted. We are very disappointed by the lack of communication, the lack of progress, and the lack of seriousness in handling the process. We expected professional service, but unfortunately, our experience so far has been very negative.
At Galer Law Firm, we strive to provide transparent, detailed, and high-quality service throughout all E-2 visa processes. We understand that this process can be complex, and it is our priority to ensure that each client receives the appropriate advice to maximize their chances of success. Therefore, it is important to clarify some points that may have caused confusion.<br><br>First, it is important to emphasize that the administrative payment for the service and the progress of the process are two separate aspects. The payment for the legal advisory service, such as the initial payment of $4,450.00 in this case, is an administrative process previously agreed upon by the parties. This payment is intended to cover the initial processing costs and initiate the E-2 visa application process.<br><br>On the other hand, progress in the process depends on the client's active collaboration. In this case, the source of funds analysis process, which is a critical part of the process, requires detailed and accurate information from the client. Without this information properly collected, the case cannot move forward. Despite our efforts to guide and assist Mr. Olguín through this step, unfortunately, the second payment, which was scheduled to be made on August 24, was not completed as agreed in the terms and conditions stipulated for the provision of the service.<br><br>It is also important to clarify that, according to U.S. Department of State regulations, a case number is not assigned until the file is formally submitted to the corresponding Embassy. This is a standard procedure within the consular process and is not under our control.<br><br>Regarding responsibilities, the E-2 visa process is collaborative and requires the active participation of both our firm and the client, especially regarding the collection of financial documentation. At all times, our team was available to assist Mr. Olguín, and we worked with the highest quality standards to ensure that each step was clear and orderly.<br><br>We would also like to point out that Mr. Olguín's daughter, who is leaving this review, was not in direct contact with us during the process. Meetings and communications were always with Mr. Olguín, and our relationship with him ended cordially and on good terms. Unfortunately, this review reflects an incomplete perspective, as it does not take into account the details discussed directly with Mr. Olguín.<br><br>At Galer Law Firm, we always operate with the highest level of seriousness, professionalism, and transparency. We understand that visa processes can be anxiety-inducing, but our priority is always to provide quality service within the conditions of each case.<br><br>We appreciate the trust our clients have placed in us and continue working to achieve the best possible results in all our cases.
