Paul managed my diminished value claim to resolution, dealing with the at-fault party's insurance (which was under insured, making things more challenging) and my own insurance and got them to settle. The process, save for some initial homework and the outcome was pretty much the best case scenario for me. I fully recommend Paul's services. Just beware that you need to be armed with patience to see a DV claim through.

Paul was very professional and knowledgeable about motor vehicle damage, diminished value, navigating opposing insurance claims, and estimator/body shop contacts in the Seattle area. He is able to take cases that only involve property damage without medical claims, unlike some other offices; however Paul actually was able to cleanly map out the steps to resolve my issue on a new Mercedes AMG GT, with the other party completely at fault but their insurance unwilling to fully cover, entirely within the initial free consultation meeting without taking on the case.
