Tom is a great attorney. A few weeks ago I called him wanting to know some of my rights after getting off of parole. Never talking to him before he took the time and looked through everything and told me what might rights are and what I can do to get them back in the future. I Called honorable Thomas Gallagher to defend my son petty traffic violation case in mpls,mn he took his time to explain the law and the whole process within 20 minutes without charging me a penny and he adviced my son to represent himself in the first hearing and said if that doesn't work he will represent him on the next one, other lawyers were asking $2500 for that, we follow his advice and we get more than we ever wanted, i don't know how we ever pay him back for his service but i attest he is Decent human being.

I have been battling mental health my entire life that has got me into some troubles in the past. Tom has a vast amount of experience and passion dealing with mental health.
