I was represented by Kevin Gallagher’s Law Group in a very complex workers’ compensation case that lasted more than a decade. Throughout most of that time, Rayo Moreno was the attorney who worked closely with me and represented me through many difficult stages of the process. My case required repeated legal action in order to obtain medical care and disability benefits that were not always voluntarily provided. Ms. Moreno demonstrated professionalism, persistence, and a strong understanding of the legal and medical issues involved in my case. She remained committed over many years and continued to advocate on my behalf as my medical condition evolved. My case involved many stages over an extended period of time, which required ongoing attention to both the legal and medical aspects of the claim. Over the course of my case, I came to understand how complex and demanding the workers’ compensation process can be, and how important persistence and careful attention to detail are in protecting an injured worker’s rights. Throughout the process, I found Ms. Moreno to be thoughtful, thorough, and straightforward in her guidance. Navigating the workers’ compensation system can be extremely challenging, and I deeply appreciate the diligence, patience, and professionalism that were consistently demonstrated throughout my case. Cases involving serious injuries can be physically, emotionally, and financially challenging, and having steady and knowledgeable guidance throughout that process was extremely important to me. I am truly grateful for the representation I received and for the effort that was invested in helping me reach a resolution. For anyone facing the challenges of a serious work-related injury and the workers’ compensation process, having knowledgeable and persistent representation can make a meaningful difference.

I am writing this review to share my experience regarding communication and professionalism. My daughter’s father retained this firm for a settlement that concluded in mid-January. As part of that settlement, child support arrears were to be paid through the Child Support Disbursement Unit. Since the case settled, I have made multiple attempts to obtain confirmation that the child support payment was processed and sent appropriately. Initially, I was informed that the attorney was out of the office and would return my call. I did not receive a follow-up. When I called again, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional tone from the receptionist. To ensure documentation and avoid any misunderstandings, I followed up via email. As of today, the Child Support Disbursement Unit has confirmed they have not received any payment. Meanwhile, my daughter’s father has already received his portion of the settlement. Per child support’s guidance, I reached back out to the firm requesting clarification on how the payment was sent and, if by check, the check number for tracking purposes. The response I received was brief and did not address my concerns in a helpful or professional manner. Clear communication and transparency are critical in matters involving child support. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Based on the lack of responsiveness and professionalism I encountered, I cannot recommend this law firm. After I responded to how I was treated via the email , they responded and said it wasn’t intended for me. SMH Went on Facebook to leave a review and this is the response. Lol not y'all calling me a “baby mama” GALLAGHER LAW GROUP , DO BETTER .

This law firm is not at all professional... lack of communication and even possible fraud since they have refused to provide a detailed bill of their charges... I have already reported them to the FBI and now I will file a legal complaint against them... I hope to go before the judge against them...
