Extended non-responsiveness and failure to advance the case. Galli Law agreed to represent me in October 2023. More than two years and four months later, there has been virtually no progress beyond the initial filing and request for documentation. The firm accepted this matter as a trade for IT services. Communication has been consistently inadequate. In August 2025, I was told depositions would be scheduled, after which the firm became unresponsive for approximately six months. Multiple follow-up emails and monthly outreach by my assistant went unanswered. There were repeated changes in personnel assigned to my case, requiring repeated re-explanations of case details. On the advice of another attorney, I requested that a mechanic’s lien and lis pendens be filed. Emails sent on December 4, 2025, and December 20, 2025, received no response. October 2025, two years into the representation, I formally raised concerns about the lack of scheduled court dates or depositions. I was told the firm was “positioning for depositions” and asked to remain patient. Three additional months have passed, and no depositions have been scheduled. Depositions typically occur during discovery within months of filing. A delay of more than two years without meaningful action or communication is unreasonable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

I have had a great experience. From the initial phone call the service was excellent. I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Mr. Galli and his support staff made certain that Miss Prissy's needs were well taken care of.
