We had an incident where we had wired an individual money for an investment. We quickly learned our lesson as we did not do our proper due diligence on the investment and the individual! Long story short the individual was not following through on his promises to pay us for our investment we had agreed on. Thankfully we had signed a contract and when we presented it to Cory he was able to confirm that the individual was in breach of the contract and not following through on his promises! Cory and his firm helped us get a successful judgment and was successful in garnishing the bank accounts of the individual and was able to get us paid back in full! We are extremely grateful for the help of Cory and his team! It was a long process (2 years) from when we made the initial investment to when we finally were paid back! Couldn’t thank the Gangle team more!!
