This guy is a joke! He doesn’t return phone calls or emails. When you finally do speak with him he threatens you like a mob thug. Super unprofessional, especially when I was owed money by his clients estate. He is a nasty person with a nasty attitude. I would not ever hire someone like him to represent anyone’s estate.

Paul Joseph and his firm is designed to do one thing. Take as much for themselves as possible , from first hand knowledge , he is very condescending ,cannot tell a straight story and will settle my case and not explain why. His staff is the same way, then he will send you to doctors to be treated and one of his doctors is contracted to inflate his prices along with paul and make you think he is doing the right thing. Believe the facts, recheck the amount you would get from other attorneys and you will see park ave paul isn't what he claims
