I fully trusted this lawyer Elvia Garcia and I was very disappointed, judge for yourselves. 3 months and when she calls me and tells me I already have the estimate of what you are entitled to for support but it is better that you leave your house because according to her my husband still said that we did not let him sleep 🤔 and I answered her lie what noise if I go to sleep very early because I get up at 4 am and I was still very worried I asked her and where would I go and she said that is what your support is for so you can find a room, and she still told me just don't wait until December 🤔 and I told her very confused I am going to look but when is the court for this and to which she told me I cannot give a date until you tell me that you have already found a place to go. She never thought of me even though I paid for her legal representation, she made me feel so bad to the point that I had an anxiety attack that I couldn't sleep that night and worse she told me but if you stay at home you would have to pay half of the house payment or maybe your husband will take this to court and it could be that the judge will tell you that you have to leave!!! I was very confused and worried I asked for another opinion from 2 other lawyers and they told me it's totally false you shouldn't leave your home if you want to yes, but what that lawyer told you is totally false only unless you are going through emotional abuse from your husband. What was the motive of this lawyer to have told me those words that only made me go through a lot of stress that I don't understand why if she was representing me she told me that. but thank God I found a lawyer that will help me 🙏
