I called about a DPS wrongful license suspension because of a mixup and I explained my situation. They listened to my story and empathized with me about how it affected me. Their communication was excellent, they took some information and found out what was going on and informed me the same day how it was in the process of being cleared. I didn’t actually require legal representation for my case but they went above and beyond in making sure I was informed and did research for my situation at no charge. I really appreciate that and thank you for giving me peace of mind, truly.

I only have one word , and that is “PATIENT”.. They will do everything in their power to make you feel secure, and so that everything go smoothly. But you will need to be patient , because the USCIS is the one that will make the final decision. They did a really great job on my case . They are just AMAZING, and even through the process they will guide you and clarify every steps that you will need. They make you feel like family :), just make sure you tell them the truth and they will fight for you like their life depends on it. I have waited a few years before I got an interview with USCIS , because there were some delays . But as soon as I had my interview, after 2 days everything was approved. And I received my green card a week after that. I thank God for them .Incredible job.Definitely recommended . 10/10
