Upon investigation, these warrants were a direct result of Mr. Phan's repeated failure to appear in court, despite assurances that he would handle all court dates on my behalf. 2. Ineffective Case Management Contrary to initial confidence, Mr. Phan did not pursue optimal case resolution strategies: *He prioritized "keeping me out of jail" over potentially dismissing cases *Suggested proceeding to trial, explicitly noting increased expenses *Indicated need to bring in additional counsel, suggesting inadequate expertise for the cases 3. Incomplete Case Review and Discovery Critical issues were identified regarding case preparation: *Mr. Phan requested I recall specific case dates, despite having this information in police reports *Failed to thoroughly review discovery documents *Claimed to have lost discovery materials for one of my cases 4. Settled 2 years ago and ever since then, havent heard a word from Juan Garcia. Dont know where my money is, dont know where my case stands... They wont answer any questions or return any of your calls. Sad when you have to take legal action again a law firm. Worse experience ever
