Refused to help. Very rude. Not someone you can rely on. Direct quote “its not worth it for me to charge a dollar to save you 2” wth does that even mean?

I contacted Garden City Law trying to get help with a will to appoint legal guardians for my minor children in the event of our passing. Leda got me in touch with Simon right away who explained the process and was able to draft a will quickly, as well as execute it at their office. They were all very personable including the Attorney Andre who was present at the execution and signing. When chatting with Leda briefly she shared how rewarding it is to be a part of peoples stories when they are going through something hard and helping them to piece things back together and that told me that they are in it for the right reasons! I’ve been working with Simon for a while now. He really has been good with my children and representing what’s best for them. He remains fair and balanced throughout his investigation and recommendations regarding my parenting plan. GAL’s have a tough job, he has thick skin and can remain professional and non-biased.

When I first started calling mediators in Missoula using Google not many were help or took my call. But when I called Simon pick up the phone and was very helpful with all the nuances of the court system and parenting plans. After finding out about his expertise in the field I knew right away that he was our guy. He was very prompt in getting us into mediation and when our relationship took a turn for the worst he expedited our mediation to the following week things were going really well and in mediation he was very professional and unbiased and wanted what was best for our son. Even after my ex was very rude with him and his firm he still continued to help me through the process because we were so close to having an agreed plan. I wouldn't think twice about having him as mediator for anyone I know. I believe he's the best in Missoula maybe even Montana.
