they do a great job with paperwork. very professional and well written. they WILL nickel& dime you for every phone call and every change made without making you aware of additional charges. if you pay for a phone call and they say the charge will get credited into your bill, it will not, and they just take your money. ($200) i was billed about 60% higher bill than originally quoted. average charge +$350/hr. update/increase in star rating: after google review, company noted missing credit and credited $200 back to my account. the 2 emails and the memo in my final payment was not enough notice. still a very professional, and their quality of work is great. i would use them again, but constantly be vigilant of charges/fees.
