During the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, lockdown measures and a large stimulus bill were happened. We had one of the many pandemic wedding horror stories and needed to cancel our wedding. The venue was being extremely difficult in the cancellation (or even postponement), which was when we got Antranig involved. He gave us a consultation of things we could try before getting him formally involved. And he was so easy to talk to about it all. In the end of it we needed to get him involved and within hours of the discussion, he had turned around an incredibly professional yet stern letter to the venue. Within days, they replied, and after some deliberations, we were able to settle with the venue in our favor.
