There is no other way to say it - Andy Garruto is a pro. I had a complicated matter which was reaching the statute of limitations. In other words, not only was it complicated; but the matter occurred a substantial amount of time prior to me calling his office (which only complicated things further). I had called several attorneys about this matter and Andy was the only one willing to represent me. It took years for the matter to come to a resolution. Not only was the outcome excellent; and not only did Andy obtain a strong the settlement figure, but he also kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. I am a student from Europe and I came with a student program to work in New Jersey. From “living my american dream” I got to be hitted by a car on the crosswalk. You all can imagine how it is to be alone on a different state with no one to help you on this kind of situations with a lot of bills from the hospital. When I got home I searched for a good lawyer and I found mr. Garruto on the internet. Today I can confirm he didn’t disappointed me and helped me with all the bills and compensations.

Mr. Garruto is a nice guy, no doubt about it. Unfortunately my case wasn’t pursuable ( the driver that hit me was indigent ). What is more unfortunate is that the doctor that Mr G referred me to ceased all communication and cancelled my future appointments when he found out the lawsuit ended, leaving me to this day with pain from a neck injury sustained during the motor vehicle accident. You need to ask yourself, do you need this to happen to you too during such a stressful time? I’m sorry Mr G has any association with doctors like this, it soured my experience here. It would not have changed the outcome of my lawsuit, but perhaps I would have received the medical treatment I so desperately needed in a more timely manner.
