After researching law firms for my Father's personal injury case, I discovered the Garvin Injury Law firm. My personal point of contact was with Juan Fernandez. From the very first day, Juan was very professional and attentive. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and for communicating with me each step of the way. **WARNING** The impression this firm made on me was they're ONLY capable of handling the easy cases. Anything complicated may cause them to walk away before you receive a settlement or jury award. There are several other reviews which imply that's exactly what they did. When their employee admitted the firm couldn't handle ONE simple complication, they referred me to Morgan and Morgan. Perhaps you should consider calling Morgan and Morgan first. You can see by their response, they're still trying to shift the blame to the victim; and doing so with a bunch of "lawyer speak" for how they may not be good enough to beat the insurance company. WOW! I can't put my finger on it, but there's something that tells me I just can't trust these guys. FYI - I've referred some of their reviews to Google to determine if they are legitimate. Based on internet research, some of these glowing reviews may be from bots.
