Spoke to Brady Smith on (12/29/25) regarding legal assistance, free of charge. Paid for his services on (1/2/26). My case was dismissed and expunged by (1/5/26). I received a call from my legal assistant Wesley Gordon informing me of the judgment the morning of (1/6/26). This timeline is a testament that Brady and Wesley attacks the matter immediately. I did not have to call for updates between 12/29-1/6. They kept me up to date with everything that took place day by day. Thank you.

Very slow and unprofessional! My boyfriend and I were clients of this firm in a car accident case. At first, our lawyer couldn't get the first check from the insurance company for the medical bills. We did it ourselves, simply by calling the insurance company nonstop for two hours. My boyfriend is a veteran and needed to get documents about treatment after an accident at VA hospital. Our lawyer couldn't do this for more than half a year!!! We went to the hospital ourselves and resolved the issue ourselves! Three weeks later, all the documents were received. When we met with the lawyer, we asked why we were able to do this but he wasn't. He responded by saying he couldn't act on behalf of a third party. But that was a blatant lie, since we had signed an agreement granting him the right to act on our behalf. My opinion if a lawyer does half of his work, then he should receive half of the agreed percentage!
