Gazda Penetar

This is my 4th time using Daniel Penetar. I bought 2 houses with him, I refinanced and now I sold my property. Every experience was great. This last sale I really put his back to the wall, because I needed to close within a certain time frame. Even with short notice Dan made it happen! I’m a lawyer client and i recommend everyone to use him!

I contacted this office in December for a Landlord tenant matter, Michael the Legal Assistant, called asked me for the documents to support my claim, I sent everything to him, he then called aaked me a series of questons that the attorney wanted, I did that then they wanted more docuemnts I did that. Did not hear from them until today (February 6,) indicating that careful review they have determined they cannot represent me. What a way of treating potetnital cliesnts, be like other attorneys and determine that you can not handle the matter, not make me send everything and wait a month and half to tell me they cant take the case. Do yourself a favor if you need a lawyer do not call this place, they are a waste, and he is a disrgace to this late fathers name.

Very unprofessional and very unresponsive! Be aware after he makes you sign the retainer and takes your $ good luck getting in touch with Daniel! Very disappointing with the treatment and service! Stay away!

My case was handled quickly (which was necessary), with an excellent outcome. Attorney Penetar explained everything thoroughly and was available for any questions or concerns. I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely reach out in the future for any legal needs that arise.
