I worked with Attorney Chris Stewart on a case involving serious allegations against an institution connected to sex trafficking. After the original petition had already been filed for over a year, I reported new, material case facts and informed Mr. Stewart that I was in immediate danger, including concerns that individuals associated with the defendant’s community were attempting to locate or come to my residence. Despite the seriousness of these disclosures, Mr. Stewart showed no concern for my safety and refused to address or amend the case unless I paid additional money. He demanded further payment to make changes that were directly related to newly discovered facts, even though these developments were not caused by any delay or fault on my part. Additionally, Mr. Stewart stated that he would begin charging interest on alleged outstanding expenses, despite there being no provision in his written contract authorizing interest charges of any kind. Communication with this office was consistently difficult and unresponsive, particularly when urgent issues or safety concerns were raised. Based on my experience, I do not believe this office acts in the best interests of vulnerable clients or treats serious matters with the diligence they require. His office also took a very long time to send me the final invoice for his services as a lawyer, waiting almost two months after the initial email that I sent requesting an update. I would strongly advise prospective clients to consider other legal representation and I will be filing a bar complaint against he and his office detailing my experience thoroughly.

Jane white has to be one of the most inefficient people I’ve ever met. She takes forever to respond, doesn’t answer every question fully, has no idea how to compromise or move things forward quickly. Horrific attorney

I have a friend who used services through Chris. He got his final invoice after the case was closed and was expecting a certain amount in his funds back. Especially only talking to him five times if that and no more than five to ten minutes max each time. He was recently contacted to pick up a check for his remaining funds that did NOT reflect the “final” invoice that was given to him when the case was closed.

Chris and Charlie worked countless hours on my case and I couldn't be more grateful to have them on my side they made sure I got the best outcome and I appreciate both of them I would definitely recommend them hands down ❤️ they really care about their clients never felt like I was being rushed when calling with questions. I would call just to vent sometimes and they was always there to listen and help me in anyway possible. They always encouraged me to call if I needed anything weather it was about our case and needed someone to just listen. Very mindful and caring attorneys. After our case was over I feel we built a strong relationship as not only a client but also as a friend.

When it comes to getting ahold of my attorney, i could call and email all month and won't hear back until days before my Court date. But when i finally do hear from them they cut to the case and help but in a quick matter. I wouldn't recommend unless you have a lot of patience or don't really care about your court case.
