I sat in Civil Court February 2025 awaiting my own trial what I saw from this attorney was rather interesting, I was compelled to leave a review. I watched him try to intimidate and subliminally disrespect young girl who was suing his clients. It was odd to me that from the very beginning Attorney Gearon was visibly shaken. He was shaking so bad you could see his hands and papers he was holding shaking from the time his trial started until it ended-- I initially thought maybe he was sick. But he did admit out loud to the judge about being nervous. Interesting for a tenured attorney.. This young girl, who had no representation, won her case with poise, facts and confidence over this attorney who has supposedly been practicing law for 14 years. He even tried presenting a document to the girl and the judge that he nor his client had any idea what the document was. He was very disrespectful (probably because this young girl was absolutely killing him) which visibly disturbed the judge and was called on it several times in the nicest way possible. I would think twice before hiring this attorney.

This will be my second time retaining Barry, and I can truly say you get what you pay for, even with curveballs being throw in he is your guy. He will be the only lawyer that will represent me on any occasion, thank you for being great Mr. Gearon

In my experience, Mr. Gearon is competent, fair and thorough. He provided legal counsel to both my mother and me and we both were very pleased with his professionalism and guidance. If the need presents itself, I would not hesitate to use him again.

Fantastic attorney. Was recommended to me by an acquaintance. Mr. Gearon's thoroughness helped me rest assured everything I needed was taken care of. I was actually impressed with the amount of work he put into preparing some legal documents for me. Much more than I expected. I went to another attorney years ago, who was just as good but is now retired. He would have charged twice what Mr. Gearon did. I was always kept informed of progress being made in my case. A couple times, I had some changes I needed made, but Mr. Gearon was completely helpful and accommodating, even though this created extra work for him. The office staff and environment was great, and I was always greeted with a smile. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do, I will definitely call this one. I do not recommend anyone to choose him he's just out for money and is very incompetent I don't think he's ever won a case and with his lack of knowledge he never will he keeps u in the dark about everything he does absolutely nothing that he says he's gonna do he shows no concern he's the worst lawyer I've ever seen him representing u in court is totally embarrassing instead of him working for you you'll be working for him and on a scale I'd rate him a zero people please choose wisely 👎👎
