She communicates to keep you up to date on your case, she explains everything thoroughly so you can understand, and she answers any questions you may have to make sure you understand clearly. I usually don’t like to give bad reviews. As I do understand we can have bad days. We are all human However today we had to call the office to obtain additional information regarding a mutual client, so I went on and called the office and the lady who answer was very kind, professional and polite informing me that the PARALEGAL Jesse was the Paralegal of the case so she transfer me. As I began to speak providing my reason of calling to Jesse she began to scream and yell on the phone as if I was a child or better yet her child. Jesse began to use foul language begin with F. Continuing with very aggressive language while expressing her concerns As she already provided all that information to our Customer Service and other Members of the Company. I informed her that I was sorry to bother her but all I wanted was permission to speak to the client regarding his Property damage claim Jesse would not stop expressing her concerns again while using aggressive language mixed with foul language. When she finally replied that we can speak to the client regarding I thank her and informed her that I will never speak to her again due to her disrespectful language and disconnect the line. Now I have work with multiple Case Managers / Paralegal / Attorney in the past but I have never been treated with such behavior. It might not matter as I am one person but I will share my experience with my family friends and those who ask me for advise to obtain legal counsel and I will strongly advise never to hire this law firm just because of the type of person Jesse. Paralegal She may have been having a bad day which is understandable or overwhelmed with work but that’s not how you speak to a person or to an animal. Very sad to know that this person works for a very respected law firm. Thank you
