They commented more on this review than they did in the letter. Notice how quick they were to try to deny any wrong doing. Guilty. Thank you for your rude response just like your letter.........Don't know if I was approved but most likely I got denied for their services. When I called to tell them with an update on how bad the doctor did yet again, they told me to read the letter and to call back if I had any questions, but she couldn't tell me over the phone what the letter said. I have to wait for the letter. Thanks, for your level of care.
It must be noted that this review is from a person we have never represented. We work extremely hard for our clients, but as a two lawyer firm, we are unfortunately not able to take the case of every potential client who calls in. Even so, we do take the time, effort and care to consider each call we receive. Every case is unique, but medical malpractice cases are especially complicated. There are also legal factors which can affect every case, one of them being a statute of limitations. Any effort to engage a client or turn down representation will be in writing. When our lawyers review intakes to see if we can be of assistance, any letter sent is from the attorney who did the review. Our non-attorney legal assistants will not attempt to speak for the attorney or give any legal analysis, but will instead let the letter from the attorney speak for itself. In this instance it appears we sent a response letter prior to the holiday, during which our office was closed. It was likely received by this reviewer within hours of this negative review being posted. This negative review fails to recognize that our staff acted appropriately, our attorneys did consider the underlying claim, and none of us can change the law or underlying facts which might prohibit our ability to pursue a given claim.

I was in a vey serious car accident in December of 2020, and a family friend suggested I reach out to Dennis Brown about handling my personal injury case. I cannot express the gratitude I have for Dennis and his staff regarding not only handling my case wonderfully, but also regarding the whole-human approach he took. The crash included a criminal conviction and even though it did not impact my personal injury case, Dennis was more than willing to go with me and support me through it all. Dennis took the time to explain each step of the process and the why's behind his recommendations, all while respecting my wishes and goals. I am very happy with the outcome, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.
