Dealing with worker's compensation was an extremely difficult process. At every turn they tried to deceive, delay and refuse multiple treatments and surgery. When I approached Gek for representation, they took care of everything for me, fought for my PPD, surgery, all the way through settlement. Not once did I feel pressure from Gek, only patience. I felt heard when I spoke to Steve and Laura and I can't express the amount of gratitude I have to them and Gek Law. I even sent them a gift basket as a show of thanks, and who does that? This place is terrible, I received a neck injury from when a co worker was driving. I was jerked around by LADWP, hand hired GEKLAW. At first they seemed good. Then it became clear. They aren’t there to help or protect you it’s strictly to get you paid so they get their cut. I lost thousands by their incompetence, and now they refuse to call back or email back. Spoke with other attorneys in the area of what is going on and they advised me this could have been handled a lot better than it was. Glad I’m just a paycheck to them.

Adam Dombchik is the person you need to call if you’re injured at work. I was injured on duty in a law enforcement capacity. Adam sought the best doctors and facilities for my injuries. I was referred to GEK Law firm by my union, SEIU 721. That was the best referral I could have been given. I can’t imagine a better Worker’s Compensation Law firm. I’ve had 3 cases settled, my last 2 cases was handled by a wonderful attorney named Erika Vargas. I think Erika Vargas always has her eyes on the prize and works extremely hard to get it!
