I spoke with Heather who answered the phone. All of the attorneys were booked up and Genesis Law Firm wasn't able to take my case but Heather was extremely helpful in listening to my situation and sharing knowledge on other options available to me. She tried multiple times to double check with attorneys that they absolutely didn't have availability and proceeded to refer me to another law firm. Genesis Law Firm also have several publicly available articles that were a huge help to me in legal education in WA.
