After a long fight with (2) insurance companies. Mr. Salinas and the team got me justice! From the start a major insurance company played the blame game. Even though I clearly got T- boned. Ms. Lisa was on them about my vehicle situation. And stayed on them until they got me squared away. She was awesome to work with. And was very helpful in helping me get through that process. At the same time Mr. Galvan was dealing with my injury side of my accident. After he got them in order. And they finally understood he was going to do whatever he and the team needed to do to get the situation resolved. The big insurance company gave up after they couldn’t go blow for blow anymore. He and I laughed about how I wanted to do the same thing to the guy that he did to me! But, it was Mr. Galvan that won the fight in the end on my behalf. Then, there was a super greedy insurance company left to deal with. They sent me a chump change check for my vehicle in the beginning. And said that’s all we’re going to do for you. Even sent a crooked adjuster out to de-value the vehicle so they didn’t have to pay much. This was my own personal insurance company mind you! Horrible customer service. Smile in your face-Stab you in the back type company. Sell you anything they can get you to buy! When it came time to pay. They didn’t know or remember anything about the good stuff they were selling before. Mr. Garcia had to come in with guns blazing to handle these people. So, they tried to send a Bully Attorney in to intimidate the team. Blow for blow Mr. Garcia got them on the ropes after a few rounds. They waved the white flag in order to get the man off of them-lol. Super cool dude with plenty of knowledge of the business. We laughed on many occasions as this was a long fight. I’ve spoken with Mr. Salinas several times throughout my time dealing with this situation. He has a very strong team. But, can only do so much. Insurance companies have many sneaky schemes. And are going to prolong the process for sure. Be clear- you are not going to handle a modern insurance company without a good attorney. Do yourself a favor and call Mr. Salinas out of the gate. And get the best possible outcome for yourself in your situation. You are not going to get rich on a minimum policy. Mr Salinas and the team will definitely fight for everything that’s available though I promise you that! I truly appreciate everything the team did for me. And have sent a few people in need their way already. I’m done with this situation and feel amazing with the results the team has achieved. Much love and respect for these folks for sure.
