It's been nearly a year and we have to consistently reach out to the office to inquire on the status of the case. We keep getting told that our medical information necessary to further pursue the case has never reached office, yet when we call the our insurance company and medical office, they all have claimed that they have sent and delivered the necessary information twice. When we do reach out, the attorney in charge of case is never available to answer our questions. I work in a field where preservation of the facts are also pivotal in the next steps in the decision making process, and with nearly a year since our incident; it would be nearly impossible to justify a strong case. This has all been pointless waste of time and effort between all parties.

I was worried at first, my Accident happened prior to a severe storm (Hurricane Helene) which wiped out internet and phone service. It paused my communication with this law firm for a bit. While unearthed trees and structural damages, and Electricity, water , and fuel were scarce. It was eventful to say the least. My experience with Mr. Woolf, Ms Thacker, Mr. Williamson at first before a family matter has been pleasant. I’ve patiently waited almost 7 months to the tee. But finally after all was said and done.
