Appalling business practices. Mark originally reached out to cover my case after it received media attention. I was then passed over to Alexandra who wasted a year of my time to then ultimately drop the case. This is an entire year I could’ve spent with a lawyer who actually cared to seek justice for me, but instead I ended up in this situation. I had reached out to Alexandra and Mark multiple times in the year, where they continued to dodge me and act in a very unprofessional manner. It felt like I was a burden, as a client, any time I would reach out. Alexandra would continue to say “yeah I’ll send you this or get to it” and then continued to ghost me again for months on end. Avoid this practice at all costs unless you want to be treated like trash.

Absolutely disgusting practice. I called once and was hung up by a rather aggressive employee who called me “uneducated” and quite literally said “women should not speak that way” which is both reductionist and blatantly sexist. If you want a decent attorney who supports justice and freedom do NOT contact this firm
