DO NOT and I mean DO NOT hire this man! He does not know what he’s doing with child custody cases! Very unprofessional, will ignore phone calls and when you do finally get a chance to speak to him he’s usually in the middle of ordering food! I can’t elaborate enough on how unprofessional he is!

He's different but gets the job done very happy working with this man needs a lil more talking but he did his job 😜 I do recommend an he's affordable thank you.

Gerald lovoi is a great custody lawyer great lawyer at everything he came to the county I live in and turned my case around and won me custody the family court system is a nightmare for fathers. You fathers out there needing help in you custody battles should call him he is very reasonable on his fees and will work with you on payments I can't thank him enough

Called for a free consultation like it says on the website and he rushed me off the phone in 3 minutes asking me to pay $750 to talk to him the next day. Ridiculous

I have used Gerald Lovoi on more than one occasion, and have always found him to be more than professional. Gerald Lovoi is one of the worst excuses of a lawyer you can hire. After a year and a half of "working" on a lawsuit for me, Lovoi has yet to figure out how to serve the person we are supposedly suing, and apparently every paper he files is "lost" by the court system. Days and days go by where he does not answer his phone, and he always has a lame excuse on how his phone was out of power...FOR 3 DAYS!!! He originally thought we could sue for more money than we can, and since he found out there is less money he always seems to have another case that's more important. On top of his incompetence and/or lying, Gerald Lovoi is also a bigot, who says he has to hold his nose to work with his Muslim clients . Lovoi is either totally incompetent who realizes he has messed up this case, or he is a complete liar. Whichever it is, ihe is not what you need in an attorney.
