Horrible representation, I was beat up and was the one who was charged… and convicted. This law firm is terrible.. It’s like purchasing a public defender’s law firm. The malpractices this law firm runs. They pushed my case out to eat up the cost. They made me plead guilty with out explaining anything… Don’t hire! This firm. You’ll end up doing time while they take your money. When you ask for a refund. They refuse.. I woulda went with a Publuc defender if I committed crime. Not be sold by a terrible firm.. you’ll end up in jail dealing with them. Choose a better firm

Gerard was working behind the scenes with county officials to have all charges dropped even before he got home after being released. Gerard knew the charges were bogus and was able to have him exonerated. He is truly the best. I found a needle in the haystack!!!! I have nothing but positive things to say about these guys, and Gerald specifically. He helped walk me through something that he wouldn't have had to devote one single minute towards and he didn't charge me a dime, and he did it on an extremely short time line. I will tell you if he didn't we would be in a tougher spot than we are now. I also had Brodie. If assigned him, look elsewhere for an attorney. Be sure to look at ALL the other reviews here before selecting this firm. Find a young hungry group of attorneys in a smaller firm instead of one that is old and stogie. The best thing this firm is good at is making sure they have their payment. Once they have their payment, contact becomes minimal, and one of their attorneys may or may not even show up for your court date. If one does show up, he is ill-prepared and just sits silently throughout court. I requested their silent comatose attorney to just leave during my court appearance, and I then took on my own defense somewhat successfully. You are better off with no attorney than one from this firm. I was expecting more, and I got alot less. Any positive reviews here are suspicious. 1) 🤨

Kyle is a great attorney if you get into some trouble. He’s extremely responsive compared to other attorneys I’ve had. I’m out of state as well and made my life very easy taking care of my business. I also work on the road full time and he took that into all consideration making my life easier forward with the outcomes. I also dealt with his assistant Annalise and she was great as well!

I’m incredibly grateful for my attorney, Annaliese, and the care she showed me throughout a very difficult and emotional case. This process was long, drawn out, and filled with unnecessary delays that were completely outside of her control, but she stayed steady, responsive, and supportive the entire way through. She took my situation seriously, explained things clearly, and advocated for me with professionalism and compassion. In the end, she was able to secure a continuance for dismissal of my charge. While I wish it could have been dismissed immediately, this was the best realistic outcome under the circumstances — especially given that I have no criminal background and this charge stemmed from a retaliatory situation involving an abusive ex.
