Mr. Gutierrez helped me become a permanent resident after being detained by immigration twice! We fought hard and long. At the end he got the job done when talking to him be clear of anything and do not hide any information that may be needed for your defence.

He's an excellent lawyer; he does his job very well. I recommend him because I saw the difference compared to other lawyers who just want to get paid and tell you to do almost all the work for them, charging much more. What I also really liked is that you can pay in installments, however you can afford it. I'm very grateful for his work.

I was choosing between many attorneys who were more expensive but honest. I decided to trust Mr.Gutierrez who served me with many promises including doing his job from the heart and having the best price based on humanity. He is a scam and I will never forgive myself for choosing him to represent my son who is deported based on his poor work ethics and no true knowledge of all the laws for immigration.We had a trial which he never prepared us for it. The entire time he just went with the flow and dragged us several times to his office when the court wasn’t even set or ready for us. He was disorganized and never ready which the state attorney was even upset several times. Every time we left court disappointed he would say his the best. I truly hope if you love someone do not go with this attorney because he will not win your case and you will be sad and disappointed at the end.

DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY ESPECIALLY IF YOUR LOVED ONES CASE IS COMPLICATED.HIS NEVER PREPARED AND DOES NOT KNOW THE LAW WELL.HE WILL PLAY LIKE HE CARES BUT NO REAL PREPARATION OR WORK IS PUT IN.MY BROTHER WAS DEPORTED.I WISH I WOULD HAVE HIRED A DIFFRENT ATTORNEY WHO COST MORE BUT WOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW.DO NOT MAKE A LIFE MISTAKE BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR LIFE.

If I could give 0 stars I would HORRIBLE experience. It’s been 5 YEARS, and my step father has still had minimal results on his legal status. Mind you I’ve reached out and visited Gerardo MULTIPLE times, and his answers are always vague. If you call him or his office you’ll never receive a call back nor will someone even pick up the phone.
